I'm afraid I didn't see any changes at all but they were clearly gentle as no tingling...but also no whitening.

Used them all. They are firstly SO DISGUSTING to use, I dread doing it. I gag every time I take them off. It would be fine it they worked but they don’t.

I heard that these where the best .....as in least harmful to your teeth.Almost natural whitening.
