Tastes Good and Feel Full
I am not one for artificial sweeteners or sweeteners such as monk fruit or stevia. To me they give drinks an off taste. Almased doesn’t use any of these. The shake tastes good. Makes you feel full. Backed by studies.

The best diet ever !!
I started Almased April 2, 2025 , I lost 7 lbs in 5 days so far . The best diet ever !! I never feel hungry and I definitely have more energy . I absolutely love this ! Jackie KA new add on to my review, by June 15, i lost a total of 25 lbs . i have a ton of energy and walk every morning and sleep very well at night. Easier than you'd think to use.
After using Almased for the first time I didn't know if i'd be able to do it make it through the recommended 3 day kickstart. It was much easier than i thought and I surprised myself. I also felt great on the third day very nice and light with no bloat. Followed the plan and supplementing the Almased with the recommended liquids, low-sodium v-8 and a low sodium broth really helped me make it through and sustainable for future use.

Great product for energy and good nutrition
This is a good, high protein, drink for on-the-go or to supplement when dieting. I like to keep it available for many reasons!

It didn’t help weight loss
I bought this hoping it would help with weight loss. It did not. But, it did help with sustaining energy for about 3-4 hours and I was not hungry. The taste is almost nothing, kind of chalky but not offensive. I like all the vitamins etc in it but wouldn’t recommend for weight loss.
