Premium Horsehair Shoe Shine Brush and Polish Applicator Set | Shoe Shining Bristle Brushes and Dauber Kit

I'd be happy to take a picture of my collection of oxfords and bluchers to show you; this brush set makes polishing so easy. I have a several pairs of walnut colored oxfords (with various degrees of brogue detailing). I purchased this set for the walnut color only. I expect I'll purchase more for my black and regular brown leather shoes. I hit that point in my sartorial journey where I wondered why generally we don't take care of shoes the way our grandfathers did. I decided to rectify that and I'm looking forward to seeing how years of regular polishing will condition my shoes. What can I say, the horsehair brush look sand feels fantastic. It brings up a quick shine and I'm assured it doesn't scratch the leather the way a rougher brush might.

Doesn't really make sense to comment on fit. These brushes work great for buffing my shoes. I'm not sure how much I like the small brush for applicating, I've seen people opt for brushes without handles for that as well as just using a cloth, but it worked well. I liked the big brush, too.While there was a bit of shedding, it was fairly small and about the same as all the other natural hair brushes I've bought and used in the past.

Nice wood and good quality horsehair. Suitable for the supplest of leathers. Very gentle.You will have to use it a dozen or more times before the hairs are properly broken in.Only complaint: wooden handles are cut with sharp 90 degree corners and may create hot spots (in the hand) if used on several pairs of shoes at a sitting.

Oh, come on! “A little help for our little company” ?? To quote Shakespeare, “Methinks though doth protest too much” There’s nothing wrong with a little self-deprecation but yours is over the TOP. Everything arrived on time and the contents were exactly as I expected.but I guess I really won’t know until I shine my shoes Butler`s wages have gone into the stratosphere so I have to do my own. SOB! Oh well, such is life. “Chest la vie”

These brushes were exactly what I was looking for to go in our shoe shine kit. They are well-made, feel nice in your hand, and do a good job. I'm not sure how relevant it is for a shoe-shine brush, but they are also quite pretty and make me happy every time I open our kit to use. I'll be purchasing more of the polish brushes to go with additional polish colors.

I bought this kit to replace my old trusty Kiwi brushes. This kit was purchased to be used to polish my boots for work. I shine my boots almost daily and needed something sturdy that could handle shining boots with heavy strokes of the buffing brush.These brushes felt lighter than my old brushes when I removed them from the packaging but that wasn’t a major concern.First use of the applicator brush left bristles all over my boots. I easily had 20-30 hairs trapped in the polish on the toe of the boots.Once I removed all the bristles and waited for the polish to set I started buffing with the buffing brush. The bristles on the buffing brush just don’t seem dense enough or stiff enough for polishing. I could feel the wooden back of the brush hitting my boots through the horse hair with every brush.While the polish eventually started to shine up, I almost dug my old brush out to finish the job.I have no doubt these would be find for dusting or lightly polishing dress shoes when needed, but they just didn’t feel sturdy enough for daily use polishing boots.

The brushes were phenomenal for polishing my dress shoes. I used to just buy new ones every time my shoes would get dull, but these brushes are sure to extend the life of my current and future pairs. Also, the company followed up to make sure I was satisfied and offered a replacement should anything go wrong. I've never seen such good customer service from a seller on here.

Very well made and seems like quality materials. The bushes are very soft! This was exactly what I was looking for. If you're looking for a simple, affordable and quality shoe polishing brush set then you found it.I bought 2 so I have one set for black and one set for brown. I plan on keeping them in the box they came in and just labeling the box.
