Decals were applied poorly at factory
This was a Christmas gift. I was disappointed to see that the tow truck has a lot of thin cheap quality stickers that were applied poorly with wrinkles and bubbles. It looked worn and used upon receipt due to these decals being so awful

Grandson loved it but I didn’t like the fact it took almost three weeks to arrive. Unacceptable!

I love the concept and size of the truck, as my son is obsessed with cars and trying to tow them. The quality isn't what I expected from Matchbox, not so solid being kind of cheap looking plastic with barely pressed on paper stickers for windows and lights... although it wasn't a bad price and hopefully will hold up and serve it's purpose. It doesn't appear to be too durable for rough playing (toddlers) but im hoping that im proven wront. It's a gift for Christmas so I can't comment yet on its function or durability but I'll update my review once my son gets a hold of it and puts it to the test.
