Do the job
These falafel scoops work fine. Only problem I had was with the large one. The "spindle" doesn't seem to be centred, making it impossible to press the flat plate right down into the scoop. Not worth returning for, as long as you've got a grindstone that you can use to reshape the flat plate so as not to catch the edges (or you know somebody who has).The smaller two are perfect. Not too bad for the price for all three.
