Don’t walk, RUN!! AWAY FROM THIS JUNK!
Horrible quality and ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Ran literally less than 50 gallons of water through this in my cabin, then it failed. Fan wouldn’t come on which means no heat. Contacted Amazon, lied to me and said they would work with me and the mfr. to get parts to replace. No emails no nothing! Each keeps pawning it off on the other. No parts to fix=burn $270!! Bought a better model and had to eat the $270!! Don’t make my mistake!!

Better than expected
This thing works absolutely perfect. It is way less expensive to operate than tank heater and was super easy to install. I did hook up a pre filter as a precaution to protect it from my well water sediment.

Stops working in a few months
Worked great for a few months, now we’re stuck with no hot water and having to buy another hot water tank. Very disappointed! Spend the extra money and buy a better one from lowes!
