This is the 4th one of these I've purchased. I take it everywhere; have given a couple away and lost one somewhere. I drive a lot and can do 10 - 20 - 30 reps at some red lights. Good exercise/ stress reliever. As an office worker I get up once and hour and do a few squats with 20 - 30 reps. I can feel the difference in my arms. Good Product.

Good for strength training

EASY TO USE - CAN DO IT ANYTIME AND PLACE

Some reviewers thought that it was too easy to bend and suggested 40 kg. For me, a 68-year-old and not very active man that would be overkill.Bought to tone up my arms and upper body while self-isolating during the pandemic.

For those with tendonitis and/or tennis elbow, this may be an excellent exercise choice for you. It certainly helped me!

I’d give this a better review but the photo and description are entirely misleading. It shows a large muscular man using this device, but the 20kg bar at best is designed for a small petite woman with minimal strength. A better description of who would benefit most from a light weight device like this would have been more helpful!

I’m very happy I made the right purchase with this 20kg power twister, at first I was leaning towards a 40kg, but after squeezing a few reps I realized it’s the best for what I’m trying to accomplish, which is higher reps for a leaner and stronger upper torso.

Good product. Does what it is suppose to do.
