Q: My popcorn comes out soft and chewy! Anybody else has the same problem?

No it shouldn’t! Have you washed the seeds beforehand or added salt to it? That could be the reason . Otherwise contact amazon for a replacement .

Q: Does the popcorn go straight i to the bowl or all other the place

Mostly into the bowl, a few fly out but I find angling the bowl helps to catch a few rogue ones. You can’t beat it as a source of amusement though!

It shouldn't smoke. Even if it overheats it switch off automatically by itself.

Q: How do you make sweet popcorn? I thought if I just added sugar it would fall off unlike cinema popcorn where it is coated

Hi, always spray the popcorn lightly with low cal olive oil spray and the toss in in either dark coco powder or powder sugar (icing sugar) I love mine have had it a good while now. It’s quick & easy to clean. It does spit out a few unpopped kernels which are very hot. So probably not the next idea to stand to close to it whilst it’s popping Hope that helps 🙂
