I deeply regret buying a Dyson vacuum, even I had an older model before and that one worked perfectly until constructors workers broke it.This new vacuum, after 15 days of buying it, and less days using it for a lighter use in a normal home , start falling into pieces.The Motörhead velvet removed by itself and I got in touch with Dyson warranty with the unpleasant surprise that they do not consider it FAULTY MATERIAL.“ A Dyson guarantee covers the repair or replacement (at Dyson's discretion) of your Dyson machine if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within the guarantee period.”I warn responsable users who love long lasting items and good quality to stay away for Dyson

Excellent vacuum but I found it a little fragile. Be careful when cleaning and you should be fine.

Wished I never bought this vacuum. There is a design flaw with the cleaning head wheels. It broke off in the first month of normal use. Dyson will not replace under warranty quoting “physical damage”. After a bit of research, this is a problem that most gen5 owners face, although in other countries, a replacement under warranty does seem to be offered. Not with the UAE Dyson customer service team, they have been pretty poor with their service.

Works great but only 4 stars because of the ridiculous price. C'mon Dyson, it's just a plastic vacuum.…3 month in use now and in have to reduce my rating from 4 to 2 stars. All the plastic parts are dissembling itself and some of the attachment are not working anymore. Yes, it’s being used daily but the current condition of the vacuum reflects its poor quality. Too many delicate plastic pieces just don’t make sense on a vacuum. I would not recommend at all.

My experience with this vacuum was disappointing. The suction power is very weak compared to the high price, and on carpets the vacuum head keeps stopping by itself even though the machine is still on. This makes it frustrating and impractical to use. I expected much better performance from Dyson, especially from one of their latest models, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations.

Head broken and apparently no Dyson warranty because it’s bought from a non authorities.
