We love this trampoline! Great quality, holds the weight it advertises. And it was fairly easy to assemble.

We have three kids, ages 2, 7 and 9 (the oldest two are boys). Anyone that has boys know they need as many ways as possible to get wiggles out! I’ve been wanting them outside more and on those screens less so got them this trampoline. This is the biggest one you can get that I know of and it is BIG, which is great! This seems like a high quality trampoline to me. Unfortunately we had a wind storm after we had this set up for only two weeks or less. Winds were up to 100 mph and it damaged many of the screws and bent 3 of the net poles. I contacted customer service and interacted with Khloee. I was informed that wind storms exceed the warranty but she gave me a fair price to replace the damaged poles and hardware and got them shipped out to me and received in 3 days which was outstanding. I am grateful for her help and how pleasant my interactions were with her. We also bought a heavier duty screw in anchor system with tie straps and that held the trampoline down during the storm. The “U” shaped “anchors” that come with the kit do not seem substantial at all, just FYI. The net, Mat and trampoline frame did not sustain any damage from the storm thankfully!

Quality product for great price. I recommend not using the plastic feet if you’re installing this on soil. The feet don’t really help anything and they make got really difficult to move the trampoline for mowing, because they grab the ground. Take them off and it slides easily. We have the 16’ and we can move with one strong adult.

First and foremost- We love it. The quality is EXACTLY what we wanted for our one year old. The springs are covered but we still have the option to slightly lift the edge when we clean it from leaves. With curved poles we aren’t very worried about her hitting her head. We wanted a safe place for her outside that she could enjoy for years. We had a little snag with damaged poles for the top ring once we finally got around to putting it up. The company was so quick in replying to us and patient with our busy schedules. They replaced the broken ring poles. It only took 3 days to arrive! Very impressed. Thank you!

Our trampoline got blown away by 50-60 mph winds. Didn’t know that a heavy trampoline can be carried away two houses away. The poles got bent. Without much expectation, I reached out to customer service on their website. I got a response and they promptly followed up. They also gave the instructions on how to order the missing parts which was from the instruction book. The parts were much cheaper when ordered through them compared to what is being sold by other vendors. The charges also included shipping. They asked me to pay through PayPal which made me suspicious but they replied to all emails within a few hours. We received the parts in 10days due to some issue with the scheduled pick up the first time. The trampoline works great otherwise. No issues. Donna in customer service was very helpful. The only annoying thing is the fitting of the foam inside the sleeve. The foam gets stuck into the sleeve and it’s a pain to get it out since the rods come out leaving the foam inside when you want to put it away during the winter.

Ive had my trampoline for many years now. It has held up to my kids abuse. I contacted customer support for a replacment part and was amazed at the response. Caroline was extremely friendly and prompt with a solution. I received the new part within a week. I highly reccomend this company and will buy more of their products in the future.
