Yardley London Gentleman Classic Talcum Powder 250 g

It's getting hard to get proper talc nowadays, most places have changed to cornflour, and I grudge paying 2.70 for cornflour. This is real talc and smells great, leaves you nice and dry and smooth and silky, doesn't clump up like the cornflour or talc free body powders. Perfect.

This is a very nice talc for men. The scent is designed to be 'masculine' with woody notes but also fresh. Good to be able to get it as talcs are almost impossible to find in the shops. The only downside is that the tin was badly squashed and some of the contents lost. I suspect that it was something that the supplier expected as it was double wrapped in plastic bags and tightly sealed. Not helped by the fact that Amazon did not use a box so there was little to prevent squashing. The five stars are for the product, not the service.

I am a very olfactory person and I grew up with talc in the bathroom. I’ve just about run out of the Johnson & Johnson talc which I’ve been using for the last couple of years, but it’s no longer available so I’ve gone for this Yardley.The smell is really quite nice. What I’ve noticed especially is that the grains of the talc are much coarser than the J&J. I don’t think it makes a ha’pence of difference to be honest.So nice product.
