Can these work for the PS5 with the use of the dongle?

Hi, unfortunately, Poly Voyager Free 60 UC earbuds are not compatible with PS5.

Did anyone receive a travel pouch (as advertised in what’s included inside the box) with their order?

Althou I have tossed the box, I dont recall seeing a travel pouch. Having said that, alot of the so-called travel pouches for small electronic items such as this are nothing more than a felt-material change purse with drawstrings and if that were the case it got tossed with the box and all the other pouches.

The earbuds keep falling off from the ear

Cannot find the suitable earbuds for this headphones, difficult changing them no proper instructions on how to change the earbud my earbuds broke, and I cannot use them. It keeps falling off from my ear.

EXPENSIVE🤑 but GREAT!!!! 👌🏻 UC(Unified Communications) connector is the key component

The media could not be loaded. My primary requirement was to get in-ear TWS buds which could work flawlessly with Windows like a Jabra or Poly ANC wired USB headphones.Normal Bluetooth headphones also work fine with windows however there have been issues with sound quality randomly due to no separate connection for headphones😏None of the wireless in-ear headphones are available in India to work like a USB headphones connected to the laptop with a wire, however this one has a dedicated connector which kind of works the same way minus the tangling wires 😀The dedicated UC connector helps take meetings on Teams & Zoom effortlesslyANC is goodSound quality is great 🫡 Crisp for listening to musicHighly expensive, but a worthy investment if you take a lot of meetings every day and are tired of the traditional over the ear wired USB headphonesOverall - Go for it if you do not have budget constraints

Unfortunately, the company-provided earphones aren't suitable for calls. They pick up every sound, including the fan noise, and transmit it to the other end. Additionally, the connectivity is poor, as both the connector and Bluetooth activate simultaneously, causing significant issues. I feel Poly should reconsider producing this model, especially considering its high cost, which doesn't align with its functionality.
