BATCADDY X3 Sport Powered Golf Push Cart, 9-Speeds, Cruise Control, and USB Charging Port, Non-Remote

Bat Caddy is the only company that I would buy my electric cart from. Not only do they have some of the best prices and selection of products to offer but their service is second to none. If you ever have an issue with their products all it takes is a phone call and your problems are solved. Calls are returned within hours, parts are readily available and they ship almost immediately at no cost to the customer. I would not hesitate to say they are hands down one of the best companies I have ever dealt with.

I used this cart once. Here are some improvement needed. 1) The speed control is not easy to do, either too fast or two slow. Too sensitive. 2) On uphill, you have to hold it. If not, it will lose balance and tip backward. 3) On downhill, you also need to hold it. there is no auto resistance on speed. 4) On upfill, you need to push. It is not powerful enough to propel itself. Overall, it works well on leveled ground.

For golfers who walk , it makes it easier to move your clubs through 18 holes .

This cart is very top heavy. First time I used it it continually fell backwards if the front tire hit anything . You could never let it go as it was very tippy. I ended up putting a 5 lb weight in my golf bag. I’ve used it for 3 - 18 holes and 1 -9 and now we can’t get any power. And yes the battery is fully charged. Very disappointed with this cart.

This product does not have any braking function. On a downhill, it's very hard to slow down the cart with the golf bag on it. I had a dangerous moment when I go down a steep downhill cart path.

Really cuts down the fatigue factor of walking up hills and into the wind. You don't need a remote. Works fine without it and cheaper.

Shipping container was damaged. Not used on course yet.
