I have to drill the door to hang the basket?

No, it has over the door hooks. It you just hang it over the door. It's very sturdy.

How do i fix this net....there are no hooks to connect net to hoop?

Was the net connected to the hoop, at all? Mine was wrapped and I untangled and it only took a few minutes for setup b/t that and the Over the door hooks
