High end crackers for entertaining
These are very good and fancy crackers for a charcuterie board or to serve with a cheese platter or baked Brie. They are VERY crunchy and you would want to be careful with fragile teeth but they would be best served with a warm dip that would soften them a bit. I love the hard crunch. Tons of slivered almonds and dried cherries! Not too sweet and not at all salty so they would compliment a salty cheese ball like cheddar, Stilton, and served along olives. There is a lot in this box! Usually buy this style of cracker you’re lucky to get 10-12 pieces but this box has 3 sleeves of crackers with 20 pieces in each one. Definitely a nice amount for a party and served with other types of crackers. Makes a great presentation on a board too!

Damaged product and can’t get the seller to respond for help.
Over 30% of the product I received is broken/damaged. I have been a loyal customer of Artisan Bakery Crisps for a long time. In addition to being very yummy they also make a nice presentation on a cheese and cracker platter when entertaining guests. To be balanced and fair I must say that Even though I’m completely disappointed with their concern for their customers their Crisps are very good. I normally purchase them at my local Hannaford grocery store. They have been out of stock there for about a month so I thought I would give purchasing them through Amazon a try. When making a purchase I had the option of either Purchasing it directly From Artisan Bakery via Amazon prime or from a third party seller. Out of consideration and customer loyalty for the manufacturer I selected purchasing it directly from Artisan Bakery even though the third party seller had a variety pack that was more appealing vs three of the same variety from Artisan Bakery. The broken/damaged Product can be viewed in the picture I attached. I would have taken more pictures which show even more damaged crisps in the other two packages had I known the difficulty I’m experiencing getting Artisan Bakery to respond to me. Again, being a loyal customer and wanting to give them an opportunity to make this order right without posting a negative review, I went to their website and filled out their “contact us” email form. I’ve received no response and there is also no way to contact them by phone or by chat. I spent 30 minutes on my Amazon Prime account trying to find away to politely contact them to no avail. What quality business makes it so difficult for a customer to contact them??
