Count Me Healthy Wellness Journal Bracelet

The bracelet is pretty. I tend to not drink enough water and every time I have bloodwork done my doctor points out that I am dehydrated. I thought the bracelet would be a good way to keep track of how much water I drink throughout the day and a visual to motivate me to drink more. After one just one week, several of the beads are already loose and don't stay in place, making it impossible to track water intake. I imagine it won't take long before the rest of the beads are loose. Can't really recommend it.

Gorgeous bracelets--the pics DO NOT do justice. This is my 5th purchase (I even when on the Chelsea Charles website and bought a stack).I can't recommend these enough. The beads really do stay put. I've been using them to try to control junk food cravings and the bracelet has been a wonderful tool.These would also make an excellent gift for the lady golfer or someone who doesn't want to count things by writing them down or logging into a smartphone.And just for fashion sake, since the beads move, it's like you get several bracelets in one!

This would be a great bracelet if it was smaller or came in a smaller size. The bracelet itself is 7 inches but with the opening, it's 8.5 inches. A bracelet that is 8.5 inches is a size large bracelet. In order to make this bracelet work for me, I'm going to have to bend it a lot so that it doesn't fall down and literally off my hand. I suspect it won't last long with me bending it every time to get it to fit and then bending it again to get the gap open enough to get it off. Bracelets seems to come in sizes extra small, small, medium and large. Having another size option besides large would be great.

I used this bracelet to count liquid intake - easier for me than tracking on my smart phone. I've also received several compliment on how attractive the bracelet is - and it's simple and elegant enough to be worn during the day around the house, or at a dressier evening outing.I bought a second bracelet in a different color to 'count my blessings' however large or small every day during this challenging year. Just looking at the bracelets makes me smile each day.

This is a beautiful bracelet, well-made and dazzling. Motivating to encourage me to have better habits. I love this bracelet and wear it regularly. Works great to move the beads along one at a time as you drink glasses of water or whatever you're counting.The only thing is that it is hard to get on my wrist, but if I make the opening wider, it turns around or occasionally gets caught. One day it got caught on something in the car when I was driving.

I've had this bracelet just over a week; I use it to track my glasses of water (8) and some eye medication (4). One of the beads moves too easily, but I've been able to work around that issue. My one concern is that it is difficult to take off without expanding it a fair amount before removing; I'm wondering if over time the bracelet will crack. The directions are not to wear in the shower so I have to remove it a lot. I do like the concept and may order another one if this continues to hold up. I think the concept is great - much more motivating than tracking on a piece of paper. Also, the bracelet is quite attractive.

Works fairly well, as looks pretty classy as a piece of jewelry.DON’T bend it even though the product description says you can. Once I bent it the beads immediately were loose and did not stay in place at all. The service was great though, and I was able to get a replacement. The replacement has worked well.I can see the beads coming loose over time, but as long as I’m able to get it to relatively stay put it serves the purpose.

I love this bracelet! It is very nice looking, and the beads are easy to move. The bracelet also adjusts very easy. I use it to count carbs.
