Nice budget prop for aluminum fishing boats.
Nice budget prop. Obviously not the same as a steal prop but works well on a 19-foot Slyvan deep-v aluminum fishing boat. Installed on an Evinrude 88 SPL with no issues. No vibrations. Arrived quickly and in use today.I do note that while writing this, I cannot recall if this particular prop was the 13.5x17 or the 13.5x15 (having ordered both). For what it's worth, we have found that the lower pitch 13.5x15 is better when carrying more that 2 passengers or pulling a tube/skier. On our small engine, we struggled to plane-off using the 13.5x17 with 3 people onboard but eventually got there. The difference in WOT top-end speed is about 3 mph less (30 vs 33 mph). Though the 17 pitch prop is faster at WOT, it did increase our fuel consumption (which is counter intuitive but true).

Massive improvement
Had a few issues with my boat, I was also advised to put a new propeller on, tried the boat out without the new prop and achieved an improvement in the running, put the new propeller on and tried it again. What a difference it made unbelievable, its good quality and easy to fit, recommended, but make sure you get the correct pitch.

buyer beware
This item was either cheaply made or defective. After installing it, I took 1 and 1/2 trips out on my boat, totaling about an hour of use and the bushing spun. Do your self a favor and buy from a reputable manufacturer. I only had it 36 days and I'm out over $110 because there's only a 30 day return policy . Buy once, cry once. Spend the extra money and stay away !!!
