Love This Laptop - But Not Perfect for Everyone
I don't have too much to say about it. It runs about as well as my PC at home, if not better.I've used it to play AAA titles and MMOs in the late evening while on trips out of town, to do work for college, coding & my job. It's a great laptop.A few things to consider. While the numpad that's build into the touchpad is neat at first... it's just a nuisance when your catch your hand on it while gaming & then you're hitting random buttons on accident. Also, the resolution isn't 16:9, it is 16:10. You're going to have issues getting the full screen to be filled for some games & you're going to lose 1-2 inches of screen to black-bars in games such as Elden Ring. However, I feel like the 16:10 resolution provides for a more compact laptop shape. I have a 16:9 laptop & it feels so lopsided to use or carry around. This one feels great. Plus you have more vertical space for say, writing a program in VSCode or the like. So it's a bit of a give & take there.PSA - I'm told ASUS customer service is horrible these days. If you have any issues with your laptop, please be warned you might be best off seeking other routes for repairs. Even if you are in warranty. There's plenty of videos on Youtube about it. Gamers Nexus is the one that alerted me to the potential issue.

Support is bad, quality won't hold up
First 6 Months: Fantastic. After That? A Mess. The first six months with this laptop were outstanding other than random Bluetooth issues (some of which went away by removing the default McAfee install). I’ve babied it from day one—used it like a desktop, barely moved it. The keyboard feels amazing, the performance was stellar, and it absolutely ran circles around my M2 Mac. It not only looked better but actually ran the software I needed without issue. Then things started getting weird. After picking up an ASUS ROG Strix Scope II keyboard and integrating it with their required Armoury Crate software, the laptop refused to sleep. I tested the keyboard on other machines without any problems—it was clearly this laptop. ASUS support had me reimage the system, but the issue came back immediately after setup. Eventually, they just stopped responding. Only the combination of this laptop and their keyboard caused the issue, and ASUS ghosted me.A couple of months ago, I went to use the webcam and found it no longer functional—distorted and glitchy. It was still under warranty, but after an hour trying to get support , I was never able to navigate their multiple support portals they looped me through. I gave up. More recently, the built-in keyboard randomly stops working and only a full reboot fixes it. Meanwhile, the speakers now emit a constant audible hiss when idle.Between these hardware issues and the performance hit from Armoury Crate, I’m seeing increased boot times, crashes during shutdown, and a generally clunky experience.Out of the box, this laptop felt like a better experience than my Mac. But it's a quality nightmare. Everything falling apart—and ASUS offering essentially no support—I can’t recommend it to anyone.

Great gaming PC but be warned
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This computer runs very hot when gaming. I usually run a fan pointing towards it and that seems to work well. About six months after I got it some of the pixels blew out and so there’s a bright white spot on my screen no matter what color the rest of it is. I was very disappointed when that happened. My gaming experience is great, I have no issues with that! That’s the only reason I gave it four stars.

Asus is the Best
I have had this laptop for about a year now and I have had 0 complications with it. I used it for everything. You can play high GB games like Spiderman Morales, Tekken 8 and much more games that require high resolution. I have a $1000 dollar SamsungTV and I used to think that was the best looking picture until I used this laptop to run games. It is by far the best resolution speed I have seen in my entire life and this laptop is worth every penny I spent on it
