My husband works 3rd shift, and the only meal we can share on weekdays is breakfast. It’s also not helpful that all the “lunch” options available to him are processed. We’ve been using the M/F Multi gummies for nearly a year, and just started using Sleep, so that obviously helped.We were so impressed with how they were packaged; it’s incredibly hot & humid where we live, and they had the gummies packaged with a reusable non-toxic ice pack, which was surrounded with biodegradable insulation. These actually came early, so they sat in our mailbox for about 6 hours, and the ice pack & gummies were still cold! My husband loves these! They taste good, took effect fairly quickly — though not too quickly 😉 — and he’s lost about 3” around his belly.

OLLY Fiber Gummy Rings are delicious and well-received for their taste and convenience in boosting daily fiber intake. I appreciate the pleasant, fruity flavors and find them a more enjoyable way to consume fiber compared to traditional methods. These OLLY Fiber Gummy Rings have a lovely, fruity taste, but are quite chewy, almost to the point of being tough. In spite of that, they have a good flavor and are a good quality supplement. Mine arrived in date and in good condition. A reasonable value for the number of gummies in the easy-to-open bottle, I would purchase these OLLY Fiber Gummy Rings again; five stars from me.

Product came with an ice pack in the package which I thought to be very thoughtful on the sellers part because my region is experiencing a heat wave.The gummies are so hard to chew, I’m not sure if that’s due to them being with the ice pack or if that’s just how they are. It’s not horrible, just not the consistency I was expecting.These could be a little cheaper but alas you are getting a month supply.I don’t have problems with BM or anything like that I only take these as to help with insulin response so it does the job on that end.The flavor is pretty good and I do plan to continue to buy.

My son needs fiber and his diet and this is the easiest way to put it there. They taste good they smell good, I don’t like it because I wish these came in a zipper pouch like the other multivitamin worms because they seem to get a little hard a little fast, and he is a little more reluctant once they’re not freshly opened to take these, I know it says adult that I checked with my pediatrician before giving these and he told me that it was perfectly fine to use this for my son who is really hard to medicate, I tried giving him the dissolvable kind in his drink, and he thought I was trying to kill him. I wish these were a little cheaper for the amount that you get, but they are such great quality that I will not stop buying them, I wish that you could buy them in bulk, and that they would be in a zipper pouch, but I still give them five stars because they really make our lives easier and they taste great.

If you like watermelon rings, the flavor is a pretty good match. I realize that fiber makes gummies seem extra chewy, but these fiber rings take forever for me to chew. I thought maybe it was a one-off and perhaps the package I got was not fresh, so I tried again and had the same experience. For the price, I don't think they are worth it and I have started using another gummy option for my fiber supplement. I really wanted these to work because I love the Olly women's vitamins, but they are just too tough for me.
