I honestly don’t know where to begin to describe what this product has done for me. I don’t normally have time to do reviews, but I could not let this item go without expressing my excitement for the changes I have received using this product. A few months ago, I started to notice a change in my physical appearance, and it started to depress me, so I ordered a couple of New Chapter products, and the results were amazing. This Magnesium supplement has changed my skin, eyes, and hair. I wasn’t sure if it was the multivitamin or the magnesium that was causing this change because I was taking them together, until I looked up the effects of Magnesium in then I knew...New Chapter Magnesium has reversed my gray hair, causing the melanin to slowly come back into my hair follicle, and the youthful black line that is under your bottom eyelid and disappears with age has come back. I am amazed every day I look in the mirror at these results.

These helped me with very heavy periods. After about 2 months of taking these consistently, I noticed my periods were lighter and more tolerable. I also noticed that I was waking up earlier with more energy. I can sleep fairly well, but waking up is hard. To my astonishment these pills help me get up and start my day in a good mood.The only down side was how freaking huge these pills were. It was so hard to swallow.

Not only does it take me hours to fall asleep without any assistance, but I'm also a very light sleeper and hear everything and anything, waking me up, and then there I am wide awake trying to fall back asleep. No restful nights, waking up feeling refreshed, for me. However, these absolutely help. While not a complete game changer, I certainly feel a more relaxed state of mind, and I'm able to fall asleep faster than normal. Also, falling back to sleep when I wake up throughout the night, is much quicker. Overall very satisfied and will continue using!

New Chapter vitamins are my favorite! Vitamins have a tendency to upset my stomach, even when I make an effort to take them with food, but I do not have this issue with New Chapter's supplements. Additionally, I know that my body is absorbing their nutrients well since they do not give me neon pee. I especially like this magnesium glycinate supplement because it provides a significant percentage of your DV of magnesium in one dose. Finally, it helps address the constipation I get from Hashimoto's without causing gastrointestinal upset, and helps me to fall asleep and stay asleep at night (which is when I recommend taking the supplement). I wish it was less pricey, but at least I don't feel like I'm throwing my money away on a sub-par supplement.

I gave this product a 5-star rating because it's that good. It very obviously has helped my wife and I improve the quality of recuperative sleep, but also our daughter when she has growing pains. HOWEVER, I HAVE ONE PROBLEM. I bought two bottles but one came shattered in the mail even though the box it came in was undamaged. When I tried to get a replacement, I was told this product is not refundable or replaceable. I'm leaving a 5-star review, for now, but if the seller won't issue me a replacement, I'll need to bump down my rating. I love the product, I'm just hoping the customer service is equal to the product's quality.I originally gave them a 5 star review, but the seller never replied to my problem. The bottle was smashed, and after I left a review describing the problem, they never replied or showed any effort to help right the wrong.The product itself is great, but the seller gets 1 star.
