Best pens I've bought, I use it for school, but will be buying more packs just so I can have them in store for the future. Really don't see a reason of using anything else, they're nice and lightweight, with a thin build that's comfortable unlike most bulky pens, and the click action is extremely sturdy and satisfying. Writes extremely smoothly and looks nice.

Working my way through my first box of these pens and I love them. I'm a bit of a pen geek and these are sweet. (I have many fountain pens, from Lamy Safaris to Pilot Vanishing Points, etc. plus a variety of others both cheap and expensive.) Exactly seven parts fully disassembled, each well-made. The metal parts (except the brass ink cartridge) are ferrous so they stick to a magnet; great for hanging on a desk or the fridge.Yeah, there are a lot of pens that are cheaper but this is a true price performer. Some complain about the 'wiggle' when you write but every pen of this inexpensive retractable style has that -- and it's honestly part of the charm of this little guy. I now always have a few in my every-day-carry bag. At under two bucks if someone asks to borrow it I'm likely to say "just keep it" to share the love :)Look for videos that show how to rearrange the parts into a toy cannon. Hilarious!

Anyone who has been in the military has used these pens and loved them. They are super reliable and seem to last forever.My only complaint, they didn't come with the black stripes on the middle piece... but I will get over that... maybe

The last time I used these exact pens, was 50 yrs ago in school on the East Coast while living in military housing. I had smaller hands than I do now but this was the only pen I was comfortable writing with. Larger folks might have a hard time but for short folks with small hands? They’re perfect and I still love them. Thank you! You took me back 50 yrs to happy memories. ♥️👍🏼👍🏼

They do what I would expect of them. They really don't feel like much. I definitely wouldn't pick them up and think I want this pen, they write ok but I find when I pick them up to use them I need to scribble on something first to get it moving and then it seems to work fine untill it sits for a while. When I heard goverment spec pens I expected heavy duty, and comfortable pen. But they honestly feel like something that would be put out with the expectation it would disappear. That's just my personal opinion. They seem to have a good clip, they are very lightweight and so far they are all still working.

A marine friend of mine let me borrow one of these years ago and I have never looked back. I asked for his entire stache and have been buying a pack every year since. I always have three hanging off my lanyard. Excellent pen, reliable, and sleek.

The pens themselves are great. They write well, don’t skip, and feel very durable. My only gripe is that the box of 12 only came with 11 pens. It’s somewhat ironic that pens made for the government would come up one short. It’s the pen tax I guess.
