RSVP Endurance Stemless Wine Glass (Set of 2)

These were everything they were supposed to be, indestructible wine glasses that are great for outdoor or travel use. The one thing that surprised me, though, is that wine takes on an entirely different character when drank from stainless steel! It's as if the steel zaps all of the flavor from the wine. It was a totally weird experience drinking from these, though I will use them again, when necessity dictates.

These wine glasses are awesome!We originally bought these for picnics and camping, but we have used them a lot more than we thought we would.Perks: These will never break! They are dishwasher safe (and safe from me - I tend to work my way through all of our glassware - breaking only one piece at a time, if I'm lucky.)We have brought these when traveling, when camping, when listening to a concert in the park - and they have never let us down.Occasionally I will notice a slightly different taste to my wine - probably from the metal. This will sometimes happen if I leave my wine sitting in the glass longer than I plan to.. but when I am drinking the wine right away, I don't usually notice anything.I do wonder if it is only stainless steel (and if stainless steel can leave mineral deposits in wine... because sometimes if there is a small amount of wine left overnight and I rinse it out the next morning, It will have a metallic-grey color... maybe I need to find out if there is a difference in China stainless steel, or if this is common...??) At any rate - I love these glasses!!Bonus: hours of entertainment for children if you spin this glass on a nice hardwood floor (spin it like a top - it can go for quite awhile!)

These seem like a good quality glass, I bought them for my husband who wanted stainless steel cups. He uses them to drink everything but wine and he seems to love them. They are a pretty good size. I noticed some spots on them after the last run through the dishwasher but they seem to have come off since then. Overall, I would recommend them to a friend.

These were not up to my standards. Maybe some of you will be less picky. I sent mine back as one of the cups had a very sharp edge on the lip where one will sip. Also, I didn't quite like the film that covered the inside, seemed like it defeats the purpose of all stainless steel.

I got these years ago and we can't seem to break them no matter how hard we try so we're probably going to have them until we die and I love that.

I originally got these for picnics and camping because I figured I could pack them without worrying about breaking them. My gf says that she thinks they change the taste of the wine, but I'm unconvinced. I brought them out at a dinner party a couple of weeks ago when we had run out of regular glasses and a friend of mine pointed out that they made drinking wine more manly and thus he liked them. If you're planning on doing any outdoor wine consumption (with or without packing) I would highly recommend these stainless glasses as they are super durable and even manly.

We tried white wine and red wine in these. The shape concentrated the 'nose' of the red wine too much for my taste, but they were fine with white wines. The stainless kept the wine cold longer. We'll use these outdoors.

Good quality and it is difficult to tip over....The only improvement I would suggest is making the rim a little fuller and rounder.
