I work in a kitchen as a Chef and I'm on my feet for a min of 8 hours everyday upto 16 hours a day. Lost of standing in one place and moving around. As a chef I invest in my foot wear. Recently my steel toe boots have been causing me alot of pain by the end of just a 8 hr shift. Boots are still in good condition so I'm not ready to replace them just the insoles are completely shot (Also they are not cheap). So instead I bought these insoles after much looking. And I'm glad that I did. Just putting my boots on I can feel the difference. Walking around is much more comfortable and I can feel the additional support for my high arches. The hard plastic part of the arch assures me that the insoles won't go flat any time soon and the cushion on the heal definitely helps with shock absorption while walking. Haven't worn them more the 30 mins as of writing this but definitely a great buy.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Val sole are great heavy-duty shoe inserts. I picked these because of plantar fasciitis and my doctor said to find some heavy-duty shoe inserts with high arch support. This product works so well, and the durability is also very good. I have flat feet, weigh 214-lbs and have been using them for 10 weeks now with no issues. The Val Sole inserts even made my worst pair of shoes (Skechers; After Burn) with those terrible, unusable, slick and flat memory foam inserts are now wearable and comfortable with the Val Sole inserts. I strongly recommend anyone who wants to avoid foot problems in the future to buy a good pair of inserts.

Sufficient arch support which relieved my heel discomfort. I used the "Red" pair in my Sketchers "max cushion" shoes. I removed the original insoles and replaced them with these supports - no trimming required for my size 12 men's shoe. With this combination, the shoes are very comfortable. I used double faced tape to secure the "Blue" model insoles to my athletic slides, which I use for house slippers. I noticed that the red pair provides a little more cushioning in the arch area of my foot. These insoles are marked for people 210+ lbs but I'm only 180lbs. However, they work great for me. Especially the Red pair when I'm mowing the lawn. If you need heavy duty support and heel pain relief, I would recommend you try the Red pair. Since each person's foot is different, you'll have try various insoles until you find what works for you. Good luck.

I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis in June 2024. It was extremely painful and the podiatrist I went to had me wearing a $70 boot on the foot at night and doing some stretches in the day. He said it would clear by itself after that. It did not. But These insoles have helped tremendously and I have bought several pairs to have for all the different shoes I wear. After close to six months of using these insoles, I can go without them, I can wear sandals, and very rarely do I get an ache in the heel. Well worth the price, get several pairs!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:my husband just started having issues with plantar fasciaitis and just got a new job where he is on his feet alot. He states the inserts have helped quite a bit. they are comfortable and easy to insert without having to cut them down to size. When these arrived I was initially skeptical. Normally for my work boots I just buy those 10 dollar dr. scholls you see at the end of isles in department stores like wal mart and they get the job done but for some reason my last pair of those just bunch up towards my toes and are just terrible. Gave these a shot and WOW I was missing out on true comfort and support...They look thinner in real life than these pictures - I kind of imagined I'd gain a whole inch in height with how big these look in picture but they are very thin. They are also rigid so it's super easy to just slip these right into your shoe and since they are already sized you don't have to cut them down like you do with the super cheap ones. These are instant game changers for me... I used to have to spend a lot of time cutting the cheap ones down to proper size and some times I'd need to glue them in and even then it was 50/50 whether they were actually more comfortable but these work straight out of the box, super easy to slip in and instantly you can tell just from standing before your first step how much better these are. I'm 100% buying a pair of these for every pair of shoes I ever buy now.

I work on the concrete floors of a retail warehouse - these inserts make my poor tired old feet feel good again. This is my third pair (only because I got tired of changing them from different pairs of shoes and wanted a pair in all my go to shoes)! Great heel cushioning 👍🏼

I purchased these a few months ago based on their good reviews. They are very supportive and a perfect fit for my shoes. I would say that they are correctly sized and seem to be made well and of good materials. I do prefer a softer insole but overall still comfortable. These are very rigid, especially in the arch and don't offer a lot of padding for the rest of your foot either, but if they closely match your foot, I think that you will like them. I have a pair of custom made insoles that were very expensive, and it's hard to tell a difference between these and my custom fit ones. They are priced very well and would be worth trying out for yourself.
