First ordered a small size to find out if it worked. And, it worked in an awesome way as my wife applied and stimulated. For a country boy the arousal was very much appreciated and extended to the fullest pleasure. My only suggestion: provide a sample packet to urologist to give out to prostate surgery patients. It's a learning curve for country boys to ask for help. Fortunately Swiss Navy Arousal gel get me up and going.

Not only was the bottle difficult to open and get all the safety stuff off of, I found the warming effect extremely uncomfortable in my boyfriend wasn't real keen on it either.Thanks but no thanks. Not for me.
