Very easy to prepare. I'm glad I read another review about the instructions (about the milk products) because I would have had the same question. I have ordered 2 other flavors since then and the instructions have been corrected. I did freeze it after making it to make it more solid.

The package has 2 bags of Chocolate in the box. It makes mighty good Ice Cream. It takes approximately 3/4 of a bag to make the ice cream and you get the 2 bags.

They mentioned there was a printing error made in the instruction section.You will only need a pack of the Triple Scoop Ice Cream Mix - Starter, 1 1/2 cups of Half and Half and 1 1/2 cups of Heavy Whipping Cream. We stopped by our local store and you can get 16 0z of the Half/Half and the Heavy Whipping Cream for about $5 or $8 for the 32 oz combination. For reference, 16 ounces is 2 liquid cups, so you will have a little extra left over.There are 2 packs of the ice cream starter mix in the box, so you can either buy 2 sets of the 16 ounces containers or a set of the 32 ounce containers. I made my first batch of homemade ice cream with Premium Ice Cream Starter Mix and was great. Taste good and delightful.

I have tried three flavors, choc, vanilla, and strawberry. All have a good taste to them, but they also leave, what I will call a film, inside your mouth. In my head it feels like I am licking the inside of a slimy mold covered pool. But still tastes ok, and kids will love it!

Wish they had more flavors but it makes the best ice cream
