This was a life saver while on vacation! Kept my phone at hands reach while sight seeing and I still use even after I came back! Perfect length that can be adjusted. Strong and the best color grey and black. Easy clip on and off.Great product!

Very sturdy and holds the phone well. Super easy for travel and concerts. If you have a phone wallet case this can be a perfect addition to carry around your neck. However, some phone wallet cases open at the top and this holds your phone upside down. This was never an issue for me. Highly recommend.

Sturdy, adjustable, strap, good sized adhesive pad for mounting to the phone or case, but only a piece of cloth ribbon for hooking the metal clasp to. We bought two, and both worked fine when traveling. I would not recommend that you swing it by the strap or attach it to a retractable cord, though.When I shared my concerns, I received EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and the seller made it right.

It's very durable and tough, but I broke my hook when my cell phone got hung on the steering wheel of my car as I got out. I'm known for such clumsiness but anyhow, I told the company and they shipped out a replacement asap to me. I would like to thank them for being so understanding.

Very good. the ribbon that you clip onto very easy and does not get in the way of charging connection and a case that you might have it in. Have used ones that are a connector that is on a neck strap but gets in the way of phone in a case.

UPDATE: Great customer service from the seller, who reached out to me and offered a refund plus sending me two longer lanyards exactly like the ones I ordered. I received the new lanyards and they are very nice and are long enough for crossbody. The full length is about 54 inches for the lanyard, so about 27 inches when looped, but I’m not sure how you buy the longer length. I still have some concern about the ribbon tab, but I saw that Amazon sells just the metal tabs that fit inside the phone case. If I see the ribbon starting to fray, I will change it for one of those tabs.I am just under 5’ 4” and I find this lanyard to be too short for comfort and may be difficult for some to put it over their shoulder and head to wear it crossbody. It needs to be another 6 inches or more longer, especially for someone who is taller than me. Also I am concerned that the satin ribbon which clips onto the metal hook, will eventually fray and break. The ribbon should be checked periodically to make sure it has not frayed so your phone does not fall off. On a positive note, it was easy to put on the sticky part and hook up to your phone.

After evaluating and comparing many phone lanyards on Amazon, I selected this one. In an over one month of use, I concluded that (1) the lanyard can securely hold a phone to prevent it from accidentally drop, which is also strong enough to reduce the risk of the phone being robbed, (2) the lanyard has sufficient length adjustment so you can carry it in a number of ways, and (3) the lanyard has a good design and uses quality material.It is worth mentioning that the company also provides excellent customer service (rep. Chelsea). They responded in a timely manner to a request from me and rendered a satisfactory solution. I truly believe that good customer services are the cornerstone for a business to be successful.
