Fits most oral b toothbrushes reasonably priced arrived on date specified. I'd say its better than Thea original toothbrush head on my 650 model.It's soft yet does a great job, teeth feel good after cleaning

Game changer
I bought an Oral B brush as an addition to a sonic toothbrush. With the standard brush head it was like an industrial polisher and really tough on gums. The fine bristles on this brush head are amazing - brush still cleans really well but without the harshness. A much better experience - highly recommend for sensitive teeth and gums.
