Well made, compact, lightweight and it works.
I'm so glad I got this. I was getting fed up of going head over heals on my exercise ball into the ironing board. This bench really works, getting right to those lower back muscles. My back hasn't felt this good since I was 12 years old!I found it easy to assemble although the instructions weren't simple to follow. It comes as a flat pack so make sure you have plenty of space and energy to concentrate, and no distractions when assembling it.I'm 5'7 and find it easy to use. My brother is 6'2 and had no trouble using it (he's a skinny 6'2 though, 12 stone wet through). If you're a crumper then maybe reconsider buying this, might get a bit wobbly past 20 stone.Overall this is an excellent bench. It folds up quickly and is very easy to setset up. Buy it!

Great for the price, but men, use it with a cushion.
My stats: 5 foot 11 inches (182 cm) tall and approx. 70 kg in weight. Product worked well for my build!Pros:Very easy to build (but you should add your own grease to the nuts/bolts).Sturdy construction,Easily takes my weightVery light considering.Construction advice: don't tighten the nuts too much or the frame will warp a bit. This is especially appropriate advice for attaching the supporting leg to the main frame at the hinge: the safety lock piece doesn't pass through the frame if you over tighten the nut that connects the supporting leg to the main frame.Cons:This is really only going to affect men: the foam pad that your groin region rests on is a bit hard. More expensive devices have two pads with a gap in the middle---or one pad that is softer or shaped better---to prevent male genitalia from being squashed during a back extension. This may seem like a good reason not to buy this product; however, a soft piece of foam or a cushion placed onto the original foam pad solves any pressing issues. For this money, one can't expect a product that allows you to adjust the lean angle. There is however two positions to locate the leg beam and two positions to attach the strut holding the leg beam to the main frame. You can also lengthen or shorten the main frame, allowing this product to work for both short and tall people. For this price, I would have given it 5 stars. However, the manufacturer could have tested the foam pad and observed it wasn't suitable for males. Therefore, I'm giving it 4 stars, but I am happy to promote this product to others.

Excellent, solid sturdy bench, at a total bargain price!!
This item is superb for the money. Some of the other reviews suggest that this moves a little, is slightly unstable. I'm 14 stones, 6'1", this bench is rock solid and I feel totally confident that it won't tip over, it doesn't even creak at all. A really well engineered, excellent value for money product. I can only think that other reviewers that suggest it is slightly unstable did not have good enough tools, to put it together securely. I work on my own cars, so have the correct tools to assemble this. It does not come with any spanners. I assembled this using a 17 mm socket and ratchet, 17 mm spanner, and a 14 mm socket with ratchet. Basically you need 2 x 17 mm tools, and one 14 mm tool (either sockets or spanners). You could also do it using a couple of adjustable wrenches, but probably won't be quite as good. If assembled, correctly, and all fasteners tightly, this item is rock solid. A total bargain.

Good enough for exercising the lower back
Good enough for exercising the lower back, not comfortable enough for doing the same exercises on the sides though ( at least for me) also I feel like it's strong enough for a person small like me but I can't guarantee for a bigger person.

Great value roman chair
Bought for £29.99 (inc. P+P). I use the equipment for both hyperextension and reverse hyperextension movements. The roman chair is of fair quality and excellent value. The assembly instructions could be better but I managed to build it (I had to take some parts apart again and reassemble them) and add some improvments. The pad is quite firm but i duct taped a yoga pad around it and it was a lot more comfortable. A long adjustable wrench is recommended as the nylon thread nuts can get tight (which is a good thing). Overall excellent value roman chair, highly recommended.

Kuds product
Absolute rubbish, meant for a child. Won't support an adults weight - padded area breaks!!

Pretty worth it compared to its competitors
Overall this back extension is very sturdy and allows you to train your lower back. It is easily foldable and assembling the product was fine. However, since the pad does not have a gap in the middle it is difficult to be comfortable for men as it pushes heavily against the pelvic region. If you just want a sturdy back extension for your home gym, this do recommend this product.
