Is this going to remove burnt milk as I have messed up my hob this way...?

This will clean almost everything from a glass hob , don't put too much pressure on as you could scratch the surface. Do it in stages and put on a little at a time.

No its not designed to remove scratches but this product leaves a silicone protection on the glass surfaces.

Is there a specific cloth that should be used with this cream? So far all I've tried have left smears!

I use kitchen roll to put it on with and I buff up with a cloth used for cleaning glass and never get smears

A quick question, if using this product do you still need to use a hob cleaner scraper as well ?

No need for a scraper, I find the product works fine without. Just rub in with kitchen towel, and wipe off, use sparingly and it really shines up.
