Not from original but it work
It work, that is all i need. But it may not working for all models, even my old charger is not working for the new device

Sometimes doesn’t charge
This charger works with the brush most of the time, but sometimes I have to take the cover off and charge the brush like that because the charger just won’t charge. Otherwise, it’s very good

Doesn’t work sort of
For whatever reason this will not charge the toothbrush if you just put on the dock like normal. If you put it on and prop it up and keep at like a 35 degree angle to the base it will charge. Unsure if it’s just this one or all of them. But would not repurchase

Used and does not work
The product came in used with toothpaste marks on it, and it did not work at all. Does not charge.

Does what it's supposed to with no issues.
I received an electric toothbrush, but no charger. This one was much cheaper than OEM, so I figured I'd give it a try. So far it works great. Seems pretty stable as the toothbrush only fits one way, and doesn't seem "tippy".

I have a sonicare diamond clean HX9340 model. I didn't read the incompatible models that is listed on the product photos before I purchased this charger. After it had shipped, I saw that my specific toothbrush model was on the "incompatible" list. So I was kinda irritated with myself for buying this without checking the model first. I figured I would try it and see if it worked on mine anyways before I returned the charger. I was very surprised and excited to find that it DOES charge my toothbrush model! No return necessary, I am really happy with this product. It's great so far.
