I was disappointed because the rings do not fit regular mouth jars

I was anxious to start using these Regular Mouth Mason Jar Rings (Stainless Steel) However, I was disappointed because the rings do not fit regular mouth jars. Actually, they screw on just fine...then...you cannot get the ring to screw off the jar! I have had to break three jars to get the rings off. I tried three times to use the rings on 2 different brands of Regular Mouth Jars - Mason Brand & Kerr Brand ; and then also a generic regular mouth jar such as a pint mayo jar. Each time, the stainless steel ring will screw on, then...cannot get the thing to screw off! I remember another reviewer wrote this same observation, but I ignored the review and ordered the set of 12 rings anyway...waste of money...and too much trouble to pack-up and return to the seller for a refund. I do not recommend this product.
