This is the best hands free leash I have owned

This is the best hands free leash I have owned. Love having a couple of handles in case we need to use it as a regular leash. Would give it 6 stars if that were possible!

Works great.

Works great. I use it to as a back up system by running it thru the handle of a retractable leash. That way if I slip on ice with my very energetic husky, I can worry for a moment about falling in a good way rather than just hanging onto the leash. Also great for moments when you need both hands.

Not for small dogs.

This says that it will work for a small dog but the clasp that attaches to a collar is huge and heavy. Recommend a change of listing to medium to large or just large dog. I returned it and found one for a small dog.Update: Listing was updated to reflect that it will not withbfir small dogs. Very responsive company. Thanks for updating.

Cumbersome, oddly designed and not adjustable

I don’t know why this has so many good reviews. It’s very good quality but there are major issues with it and the adjustability of the leash/waist.1. The waist belt only tightens to a certain amount. It’s really loose. There isn’t an option for it to go tighter. If you are a woman with a small waist and want it tighter you will have no luck. I went running with it and because it’s so loose around the waist, it was flopping around and super uncomfortable. I can see this working for a fat man as it can be made as BIG as you want it.2. The leash length isn’t adjustable. Its super long and rather heavy for a leash, and my dog usually runs close to me - so because the leash is so long, he trips on it and I then stumble. It should be adjustable so you can lengthen or shorten it as needed.3. It’s cumbersome. The loops they have positioned over the leash for “better control of your dog” add to the weight of the leash and aren’t necessary since there is an optional clasp to make it into an independent leash.I would return it if I still had the packaging!!

Great leash for getting our dog more involved in our daily life.

Love the leash. We use it to get our puppy outside while we take out the trash, unload groceries and to walk him while the other dogs are off leash.Also used it on Halloween...allowed Ollie to meet the kids while we gave out candy.

After looking into and reviewing a few different dog leashes by their features and by the cost & customer reviews, I took a leap & ordered this product with only 3 customers reviews then (of 5*). I am so happy I got this leash. I've been using it for about 2-3 weeks now on my medium size (30 Ib) shepherd mix for walks/jogs. Quality is sturdy and superb. All the features are all very useful and all what I'm looking for. My waist is 26"-27" and my husband's is 33", and the waist belt is adjustable to fit both our waist (either tightly or loosely to our own comfort). I'm very satisfied. Great buy.
