I purchased these blades prior to this purchase. These blades are exceptional! Long lasting very sharp blades that cut easily. These (IMO) are the best blades out there. Try them and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

Its not easy for me to give something like a utility blade 5 stars, I mean it's just a blade right? These fit as you would expect, come in a dispenser case that works better than most, and seem to have a light coat of something to help protect them from rusting prematurely. The seem to last longer that other blades we have used, but this had no real testing to back it up, it just seems that way to me. They are noticeably sharper I think than most other brands, and they stay sharp for a long time. If you are cutting asphalt roofing shingles you may be turned off by the price because they aren't the least expensive blade out there, but they are well worth the extra money especially if you aren't sharing them with other workers.

I work in a warehouse and cut tons of cardboard and plastic of all shapes & sizes. I’ve always had a thing for quality tools, and these blades definitely fit that bill. Before I got these Lenox Golds, I was using cheap off brand ones from the hardware store. I would destroy them and have to switch blades out every day. They were sharper than these, because they had a secondary bevel on the edge, which made them sharper, but way more prone to excess damage.It says on the package they last 3X longer, and I’d have to agree. I can get about 2-3 days out of each side of the blade, whereas before I would use both sides in 1 day. They are plenty sharp, and tough as nails. The titanium coating on the edge definitely makes a difference. I paired it with my Ti-Rant Razor V3 by Exceed Designs, which is the all titanium box cutter (You can find right here on Amazon) and I now have a super lightweight box cutter with a pry bar on the end. Super useful tool, and the best blades I’ve found yet.Only downside is the dispenser, the blades are all coated in grease. Which makes them stick together & near impossible to dispense. I had to use a screwdriver to slide each blade out. Slightly annoying, but I only have to do it once a week thanks to these great blades.Pros: Very long lasting, titanium coating ACTUALLY makes a difference and aids in longevity. 4 notches that allows you to extend the blade out a little farther & get more blade length. No secondary bevel, keeps all the strength right where you need it, the edge. Very flexible, don’t need to worry about them snapping. Tips are stronger than most other blades I’ve used. They look great as well.Cons: They don’t come as sharp as others, but it’s a respectable trade off. What you lose in sharpness, you gain in durability & longevity.

The blades are very high quality but getting blades out is a pain. It pulls apart easily to transfer to another container though. I modified mine for easy dispensing but that compromises safety

I swear, these Lenox utility knife blades are like the superheroes of the tool world. I was skeptical at first, but after using them, I feel like I could conquer any cardboard box in record time. It's like they're whispering, 'Don't worry, I got this,' every time I make a cut. Plus, they arrived so fast, it's like they knew I needed a hero in my life. I bought these to use in a couple of flip utility knives I keep around for household tasks. For that I'm sure anything would probably suffice, but why buy something if it isn't supposed to be the best?The blades are as pictured, with the Titanium Nitride coating along the cutting edge. I was surprised by how rough the angled "top" edge of the blade is -- perhaps a result of the bi-metal construction.The dispenser is has been updated significantly from what's pictured. The blades now slide out from the top, and there is no longer any window or gap to see how many blades remain.I chose this product over its competitors in part because of the "USA" stamped prominently on the packaging as currently listed by Amazon. Alas, it no longer appears on the packaging I received. These blades are made in Mexico now. Oddly, the packaging doesn't sport a giant "MEXICO" along the bottom edge.

The dispenser needs to be improved- its very difficult to get a blade out.

Holds an edge better than most blades I’ve used, worth the extra money because they hold up 3-4X longer than other cheap blades (Stanley is what I use to get)
