This can not be used a fish bait due to it is dried and will not stay on the hook.

Can I replace betta pellets for these?

Does the omega freeze dried shimp cloud the water and do they sink

In my experience, they do not sink and I have never had any issue of it clouding the water. The fish love them. I break them up a little as some are pretty big for smaller fish.

What are the actual ingredients?

It has been several years since I purchased this product, but if I remember correctly it is literally just tiny shrimp. Nothing else, just small freeze dried shrimp.
