My two parakeets eat this happily every day for years. They have no complaints.I always store it in a sealed container to keep it fresh as the bag is definitely not resuable.

We have bought this parakeet food for the last couple of years. The size of the bag is satisfactory, but our only wish is that they made a bigger bag so that we didn't have to order it as much. Our parakeets seem to be very happy with the quality of the food. They are very healthy birds as a result of the food. The smell and taste seem to attract them to it. We will continue to buy this food.

I buy this food as the basic seed base for my parakeets diet as it has a wide variety of seeds of which each offers it's own benefit to her diet. Tend to be a bit partial to the Kaytee brand as it has been the highest quality product I have ever found since owning my first bird many years ago, the company has a good consistent, reliable line of products to meet the needs of any sized bird and. The price is good as a bag last for roughly a month or so for feeding your bird. It's available in various sizes depending on your bird's feeding needs and the number of birds you need to feed. The only draw back is the bag is not resealable however I found an air tight container that I put it into and it helps retain the freshness of the feed as well as making it easier to take a scoop or so to feed your bird(s) on a daily basis. I recommend this bird seed feed to anyone with a pet bird to help maintain a healthy diet they enjoy the taste of.
