I've been using a light weighted ball to rehab my shoulder, and I left it in a hotel room. The old one was cooler looking than this one (patterned colors), but I'm not too concerned with the appearance. This replacement works just as well. It's the right weight, it's squishy, and it's perfect for what it is!

These spheres are perfect for my Pilates workouts, or anytime you want to move this arms. They're prefect, durable.

I highly recommend these balls for core work.

I use the ball for Tai chi heavy ball sequence. I needed this weight, and like the smaller size for ease of manipulation. I have difficulty with the clingy (silicone?) surface, which doesn't slide against the body, and it seems that dust and dirt is also attracted to and sticks to it, possibly because of static attraction.

I broke my wrist in January 2024. I didn’t use these until the therapist told me to. I’m so happy I bought these balls, my range of motion is almost back to normal.

The product was purchased because it’s the same one used by my physical therapy center. I wanted to continue my therapy at home, in between official sessions. The product works exactly as expected and it’s great for core strengthening exercises.

I bought a couple ( a 5 & 6 Lb. ) to use for strength building for my golf swing. Saw a pro using one and thought I would try it. He used a 6 lb one. I think a better fit for me would be 3 or 4 lb to start with. ( He holds it instead of a club in his back swing and then casts it down to where the ball would be using his golf swing. ) I happened to use it for a swing target to work on head alignment at contact. The balls are very tough and stand up well to being hit with a golf club.You easily can feel if you are off center or have a misaligned golf club head at contact. Also the ball will move forward a few feet with a vigorous swing !

I love the feel of these weighted balls. I've bought three different sizes and love them all.
