Outstanding Picture.. as Usual with Samsung 👍
Bought this monitor (the 27") when my Acer sprung a few vertical lines that I couldn't get rid of.. and now.. I'm really glad the Acer crapped out on me..I've had two Samsung TV's for about six years now, and the pictures on both are phenomenal.. so I figured I'd roll with this monitor.. The picture is truly outstanding.. and the ease of adjusting the height and tilt is an excellent feature..Very happy with this monitor..

I literally burned a hole in it and it still works
I am so stupid and left a candle under this monitor and it melted a hole in the bottom... and the monitor still works, and the screen is perfectly fine. Great monitor, especially for the price. 100/10, thank you Samsung for making this product idiot proof.

Great value for the price, no USB port functionality
Monitor works well and screen is great for what it is-a cheap monitor for use as a work monitor with good clarity. The eye saver feature is nice and works well. I only gave it 4 stars because the USB ports in the back don’t work for connecting my Logitech camera for web calls, nor do the USB ports connect to or charge my iPhone. I’ve tried multiple devices on the USB ports and they won’t connect to or charge anything. I actually got a replacement monitor from Amazon thinking that the first one was defective, but I had the same issues with the replacement. So, if you require USB port capability, you’ll need to consider other options.

Exactly What We Wanted
This monitor is exactly what we were looking for. The size is perfect for viewing more than one document or application on the screen. The pivot of the monitor was crucial in our decision and is exactly what we wanted.

Product arrived in Like New condition in original packaging.
Product was marked as used but seemed to be mostly opened box new. Works great so far, no defects. Other than that, standard Samsung quality for a monitor.
