Was sent defective item!
I was looking forward having this well know brand cookware, however was very disappointed as not only i received defective pans(manufactured with small humps inside the pan, instead of smooth surface) but on top of this, the delivery box was sooooo badly smashed that pans got dent and scratched! Well, apparently, Carote has no quality control as it claims!!!

La sartén, después de varios meses de uso, fue a parar a la basura.
Usado con cuidado. Sólo con espátulas de silicona. Después de tres meses de uso, todo empezó a pegarse a la sartén y la capa superior se desgastó por completo. Me parece que todas las buenas opiniones son falsas, porque la calidad de esta sartén es pésima. Lamento mucho el dinero desperdiciado.

Fantastic product
Ordered a couple pans in 2022, not only do they look good, they work great. First of all they are comfortable to use, food is cooked evenly, easy to clean, durable, and I especially like how the pans are designed to stack on each other without taking up a ton of space. These are the only pans we use anymore. Lastly, I dropped one of the pans and broke the wooden handle, tried to find a replacement, but to no avail. So I reached out to the company, to my surprise, they are sending a new pan free of charge. It was my fault, and still they replaced it. They have just made a lifelong customer.

So pretty
Everyone that comes on my kitchen and sees that pan says how pretty it is. You can't get it too hot though, so you just have it on low and it'll heat up and really hold the heat. And it disperses the heat evenly. Things don't stick it's wonderful. It's really easy to clean soap and water and a sponge and you're good to go. I'm really pleased I got it. And also knowing that I don't have to worry about any coding coming off when I'm cooking.
