If you replace all shelves with four of these trays in a 48l/1.7cuft Needone will air still circulate normally?

I have 3 drawers in mine already and will be putting a 4th in. I have had no issues so far. If you reach to the rear of the drawer you can feel at least an inch of clearance between the end of the drawer and the rear wall where the fan is. So I think circulation is not a problem at all.

How many cigars can each tray hold?

Depends on the size of cigars. With the different sizes, my drawers hold about 25-30 cigars. Right now I have 185 total in it with room for a box of cigars sitting at the bottom

Anyone know when will additional drawers be available for the 48L? It's been out of stock for months now.

They came back in stock about a month ago on Amazon. Not sure if still available now or not

NeedOne cedar tray "bin"

Really like the versatility of these cedar bins versus the flat cedar shelves that come with the NeedOne. I have the NeedOne 43L, it comes with 1 bin + 3 flat shelves. I bought the extra bin and it works very well and holds a good amount of cigars. Recommend these highly.
