This air conditioner is really good for the price and an excellent value for money. 9,000 BTU of cooling power, be it slightly lower after you compensate from the heat energy coming from the un insulated pipe.It's not as loud as I thought it would be, even on the highest setting in air cond mode it's quite a flat white noise for the most part though every so often you get a short burst from the compressor, though this is with all indoor / portable units unlike a split system.Remote is good for quick access though I find the app much better and has features to allow you to set schedules as well as geolocation to have the unit switch off when you leave and switch back on when you arrive. And with that you can set specified ranges on when it should turn off / turn on.It comes with everything you need, including multiple types of fitting kits, I used the hinged window which as mine push outwards I found quit difficult however with some patience I was able to get the job done.I will say however my delivery was late, but this was no fault of Orkan. Unfortunately DPD somehow managed to lose it despite it being fairly big, and then refused to take any fault in the matter, ending live chat with me mid conversation twice. I was offered either a full refund or a replacement which I took and I had it 2 days after reaching out before 10am delivery.

Air Conditioning Unit is an effective and portable cooling solution. It cools large/ medium-sized room quickly and has convenient features like adjustable settings, a remote control, and a dehumidifier mode. It's easy to move around, thanks to its wheels and handle, and setup is straightforward even when tired and hot! While it's not the quietest unit, the noise level is no more than a fan.Great value for money while the English weather is being so kind.

I bought a decent Bluetooth thermometer because I’m a data nerd but it’s useful to see this units working well! You can see me cooling my room from 28° to 21° In about an hour and that’s and the slow fan mode for less noise. It’s really good. The fast fan mode is loud maybe a little quieter than my large free standing generic fan. There is a much nicer sound to noise though, almost like a mix of white noise and brown noise so I don’t mind it much at all. The scheduling on the app works well. As you can see for 7am it started cooling the room down for me to wake up.Only downside to this product was the initial set up, it was so annoying. I just had to keep failing to connect the unit to my home network. In the end I tried connecting it to my extender and having my phone on the router itself and that worked after about 5 or so attempts. Took so long to connect I almost sent it back, but I’m glad I persevered as I cannot got a day without turning it on a to cool my room a bit. I have a high end gaming pc that acts as heater in my room and it combats that above and beyond.

Really pleased with this air con unit. We are using it in our bedroom and it’s been keeping us comfortable even on the hottest nights. We run the fan on high speed for an hour or so before bedtime then reduce to slow speed when we go to bed, the noise doesn’t bother us. It has a useful “sleep” function where you can set a custom temperature curve via the wifi app so it gradually increases the set temperature during the night. Helps prevent getting too cold in the night and reduces noice, also saves energy. The unit produces water via a pipe and we have a large tub next to the unit to collect it in, we use it for watering plants. The unit comes with adapters for windows for the vent pipe to exhaust hot air, the fabric one is a bit massive for standard UK side opening windows so I have made an insert using cardboard that velcros onto the inside of the window frame. It’s important to have a good seal around the window and pipe to avoid hot air being drawn back in. We leave a small window ajar to allow fresh air from outside to be drawn rather than hot air from elsewhere in the house. Overall very pleased and good value.

It’s doing what I want. Providing chilled air in the heat. Depending on how you want the temperature to be it will switch between air con & just fan which saves money. Installing the window cover (hinged side opener) was a bit of a faff but got it eventually. I have to have a bucket to catch the water (quite a lot in a day)in as I would struggle to empty it by the bottom drain plug. To heavy to lift & tilt. Noisy in air con mode not too much to bother me. All in all happy with it.

I'm am so pleased with this unit. I did a lot of research before I bought anything as its a good chunk of money. Its very easy to set up, it was heavier than I expected but it does have wheels so that made it easier. The app was easy to follow, the remote control is easy to understand, I previously had one of those water cooler fans and I would say its quieter than that. It cooled the room in about 10 minutes and kept it at a nice temperature, if there was any stock left I would be buying another one for my bedroom. Definitely the best money I have ever spent!

The media could not be loaded. Bought this machine back in June. Although it cools the room well, it is so loud that it is utterly unusable. See video for noise. Bought this one to try to save money by not going for the more expensive ones but definitely a false economy as it has been a total waste of money. Don’t make the same mistake!

Debated for a while getting an aircon unit but absolute game changer in the heat and I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now. Room is cool allowing for a great nights sleep and less noisy that a fan. Comes with everything you need to set up, is a bit heavy to move but wheels help. Would recommend and will last for years so definitely worth the money
