Bellecare Switzerland Skin Plus 4 in 1 Facial Cleanser Sensitive Aloe Vera and Camomile

I thought maybe there is a typo here. I have purchased these at Ross's for $3.99 (no shipping = $.16 per wipe). This says they are $9.99 plus $5.00 shipping ($15) and there are only 25 little wipes; that means these are $.60 for EACH WIPE - surely this must be a mistake???? Great product, but 60 cents per wipe is strange.
