The leather by itself doesn't trap heat allowing it to escape making it comfortable to use even during Summer! The fan is a nice addition helping with the heat circulation can recommend to anyone who is looking for a solution to keeping cold during long sessions or even for normal plays ^^I've used this with the BOBOVR M2 Halo headstrap, while it doesn't fit perfectly it does have that compability. As far as im aware it supports even the KIWI Comfort head strap!9/10 Does what it's supposed to and it does a good job at it, it has helped me quite well.

I love to play my Meta Quest 2 for long periods of time. As we all know, these things can get quite warm. That being said, my lenses fogging up had become an issue for me. With this fan, that is no longer an issue. It is amazing for keeping the lenses from fogging up, and it does feel pretty nice with the fan blowing.Will it keep you cool while playing? No, not really. If you are looking for something that will keep you completely cool I can tell you that this is not the answer. You will, however, notice the difference 100%.Another big plus is the padding that comes with it. The original foam padding that came with the Oculus 2 was OK, but I feel the vinyl padding on here is much more comfortable. Really thick and squishy.Overall it is a great upgrade and super easy to install. The only thing keeping me from giving a full 5 Star rating was the size. The fact that this is such a large add on as compared to the other fans makes it difficult to use with all after market headstraps. I owned an after market headstrap, then needed to buy an entirely new one because this fan would not allow it to work properly. Though, if you are using the original strap that came with your meta quest 2 you will be just fine. The upgraded headstrap I bought from the same company as this fan works fantastic with it.I hope this helped

I am very pleased with KKCOBVR and the whole system they have for the oculus but this is probably the best addition to the whole thing! If I get fog on the lenses I just turn this bad boy on and it clears it right up and if you use the second mode where it goes for 5 seconds and turns off for 5 seconds and repeats that. It will last for a very long time!

If you’re hot natured and a sweater like me I was really looking for something to help with the facial sweating inside the Quest 2 unit. After 45 minutes to an hour I have to stop playing and dry my face, dry the inside of the unit and lens. I looked at all the fans available, read everyone’s questions and the reviews before buying this one. It’s definitely not the cheapest and most of the reviews are positive but are they totally honest. Well it cost me $50 bucks to realize that the fan may be more of a novelty than the cure I was hoping for. Maybe my expectations were to high! So here are the pro’s and con’s I feel are realistic, but remember this is my opinion.😁Pro’s: 1) it works. 2) it blows air. 3) it helps with the lens fogging up a little bit. 4) it looks kinda cool.🫤Con’s: 1) price is way to high for what it is. 2) fan is noisy. 3) poor fitment to the head unit which allows light in around the bottom. 4) it doesn’t fit well if you wear glasses. 4) battery run time is a little more than an hour fully charged.Basically it does help some, but if you are a sweater nothing is going to keep you cool. I am going to keep using it because some air circulation is better than none but I will continue to take a timeout to dry off! I hope this helps you make an informed decision! Take care-keep gaming!
