This has worked very well for us when making pizza. We appreciate that it can close in half when not in use, which is helpful for storing it in a smaller place. So far, we haven't had any issues with scratching, sticking, or the other common problems with pizza peels.

I was looking for a pizza peel only but I thought the cutter was neat so I bought the bundle. The cutter is quick and makes short work of cutting the pizza but does take some getting used to if you normally use a traditional wheel cutter.This peel is outstanding. I love that the handle folds in for storage. These take up quite a bit of space so having that benefit is key for me. The peel is easy to use and does not take a lot of practice to use.We learned that you really need three pizza peels if you're doing multiple pizzas in series. Two peels of this size and one turning peel. We used to make a pizza on the counter and then transfer it to the peel when it was time to go into the oven. This often resulted in some issues transferring over. We discovered that if you make the pizzas ON the peel there is no need to transfer them from the counter to the peel. If you have the spare peel you can be baking one pie while prepping the next pie.

The paddle folds up, and is thin enough to use with a silicone disc in my oven. The knife has a rounded “blade” edge, so completely dull. Even my husband had a hard time making it cut pizza. I guess I could take it and have an edge put on it, but my rotary style pizza cutter works great. Don’t know that I would buy the package again.

Okay, it has been six (6) years getting around to write this review, plus a bottle of wine tonight. I got other things going on in my life. Saving lives, electing popes, re-homing stray animals, building rocket ships; you know the drill. Finally I says to myself "Self, you need to spread the word to the masses about this peel". I cook pizza. A LOT OF PIZZA. Frozen, Take N Bake, and my homemade pie. I have had many peels to put my pie in the oven, but this piece of pizza equipment is by far THE BEST for accomplishing that chore. It is sturdy. It folds up nice to ft into the cabinet. It will not break, sag, or let your child slide off into the abyss for the animals to forage upon. Buy this peel once and you will not need to do it again. You can get on with your life and not have to worry when you ask "What am I going to use to get that pizza out of the oven, BBQ, or $2k dollar pizza oven?"

This pizza peel works well and good quality. Have not had any issue with sticking. Also, like the fact that the handle turns in to make it easier to store.

We just got an indoor Ninja Pizza Oven. I have a wooden paddle already, but its blunt edge pushed the pizza into the back and I needed to use a wide spatula to get it to the front again. Looking around, the perforated paddles made no sense to me since flour or cornmeal underneath the dough would fall through and make a mess.This pizza paddle is exactly what I needed. It is sturdy enough to not bend and have the hot pizza slide off, and with the handle off it can be handwashed easily.This isn't a luxury item, it is a must have.
