I recently purchased the Science in Sport Hydro Electrolyte Tablets from Amazon and I must say, they have exceeded my expectations. As someone who is active and always on the go, I needed a reliable electrolyte supplement to replenish my body after intense workouts or long runs.These tablets are easy to use and dissolve quickly in water, making it convenient to carry them with me wherever I go. The taste is refreshing and not overly sweet, which I appreciate. What sets these tablets apart is their ability to effectively replenish electrolytes lost through sweat, helping me stay hydrated and energized throughout my workouts.

I purchased the lemon flavored Science in Sport Go Hydro Electrolyte Tablets for use while marathon training. The flavor is not super strong but it definitely tastes like lemon and is really tasty. They are not bitter or overly salty and I didn’t notice any after taste. The tablets can easily be mixed in most water bottles and only take a short time (a few minutes) to completely dissolve. I’ve used other sports tablets that tasted grainy and used more harsh artificial sugars but the Science in Sport tablets completely dissolve and have not caused me any stomach discomfort. These tablets are a cheap, taste great, and are a convenient way to get in electrolytes without having to drink syrupy sports drinks.

I work 12 hour shifts, out of all the energy drinks and coffees ive had this product works consistently well and also replenishes your electrolytes so you feel refreshed. I carry it on me in a side pocket and pop a few tablets when I need it during, usually post lunch and during the last 3 hours or so of work. It tastes good to me, like a flat coke.

I really wish Coca Cola would come out with a tablet , powder, or water enhancer but they haven't, this is the nearest I've found to date, not a bad flavor overall. Easy to use, I grad a cup of ice from station icemaker, drop a tablet in, hit the water fountain and in under ten minutes its dissolved, taste pretty good. Like the practical aspects of being able to throw in work back pack or wildland pack and have something for the field on those long fire scene.

We love these tablets! They taste great and really help keep you hydrated. You can adjust how strong it is by the amount of water you use. I like 16 oz but my husband uses 8 or 12 most of the time. It definitely helps me drink more water. Pro tip- if you plan to drink, have one of these a couple of hours before your party- you will be glad in the morning!

I absolutely love these, but not before about 10 minutes ago.When I got these in, I immediately tossed one in some water to try. I was immediately put off by the flavor. I didn’t notice any mango or pineapple, and the only flavor I noted was something like Emergen-c.Then I got incredibly drunk (not on the tablets, obviously) and woke up hungover. I immediately thought, maybe those tablets will help?Good god, they did. I’m not saying it’s a hangover cure, but I am telling you I feel infinitely better from just have a serving. And it even tastes better now? It’s sorta fizzy and slightly tart. I am not obsessed with these and will be purchasing them more often in the future.

Loved the flavor. Hated the sucralose. Please make a cane sugar version!!I have used many of these types of energy drinks.. maybe 7-8. My favorite right now is SkratchI really like the portability of these tablets though, vs packets (SKRATCH uses packets).The problem is when it has sucralos I get a sugar high low & start to shake after.Skratch doesn’t do that, it uses cane sugar.I know it sounds like I am saying use Skratch, and it is my current favorite. But I mostly am just frustrated with all the sugar alternatives companies are using. Liquid IV uses an alternative, Nuun uses stevia… the aftertaste is also horrible.I know using cane sugar means “it has a lot of sugar”, but it is also much healthier .. just make a version for those who are ok with cane sugar please :)

Typically I would have purchased these at R.E.I. but when I saw the price on Amazon, I couldn't pass up the deal. These were the same as the ones I typically purchase, even the flavor was the same.These are a great item for those who are doing a lot of work outdoors in the heat of the day, or when out on a long backpacking trip.
