I use chemical peels to fade my acne marks, so I needed something light and with a higher SPF. And frankly? This is the best sunscreen I've ever used.It's extremely light, which is probably the best thing about this product. Most sunscreens are thick and form a barrier over the skin. Since this is designed for daily skincare use (with or without a moisturizer or primer), there's no need for the product to form a water-tight seal on your face. It soaks into the skin wonderfully, and leaves a bit of a matte finish without any white residue. EFFING SCORE! That's a win for me because I have combination skin, and I can't afford to have a product make my skin any oilier (especially in summer). 1.7 oz seems like a small amount, but a little goes a long way. With daily use during the summer, a bottle lasts me about 8 weeks--another win. Oh, and can I give you a little more win with this product? It doesn't aggravate my skin, which is slightly acne-prone (my acne acts up according to my diet, though). It has a light fragrance and though I don't LOVE that, it doesn't annoy.All in all, try this product. Easily one of the best facial sunscreens on the market.And I realize that this is my most enthusiastic review, LOL. I don't work for these people, I assure you.

I’m a caramel complexion African American who skin is sensitive to the sun and experience significant hyper-pigmentation from sun exposure especially on my cheeks and around my mouth. I also have acne prone skin from a teen all the way into my adulthood. This is the only sunscreen that doesn’t break me out and is truly effective with keeping my skin color even. It also leaves a soft silky film as opposed to the greasy film from other brands. The drawbacks, like most sunscreens on black folks, it has a slight ashy/white residue. Also on days when I’m not as oily, this stuff really over dries my skin. On those days, I have to remember to moisturize which I try not to do since my skin is so oily. If they can get this to truly be translucent, I’d give it 5 stars.

I favor wearing sunscreen under makeup, and this is the best one I've tried. I'm still on my first bottle. At 30 years old and very fair, I'm just trying to prevent sun damage at this point. Because my mother recommended it to me, I can assume it's effective on more mature skin as well. The smell is fine to me, and it doesn't feel like sunscreen. I will continue buying this sunscreen when I run out of the bottle I'm on. I'm awarding 4 stars because I feel it could be more affordable. Keeping my skin safe is worth the expense!

I bought this because they stopped making my favorite sunscreen DDF organic sunblock 30. It was the perfect sunscreen because it did not smell. This one smells very strongly of Coppertone and I can't stand having that smell all over my face. All my make up pads and brushes now smell like it too. I have stopped using it and am now on the look out (once again) to find a nice daywear sunscreen that can be used year around, with no smell, and does not clog pores. I am sure it does its job of protecting the face but it was pricey for a small bottle.

I love the this sunscreen. It has high SPF, is water resistant, and is light on the skin (I have oily skin so I've been searching for this type of fluid sunscreen). However, I was disappointed with the delivery. The Amazon box was fine when it was delivered to my place, but box of this product inside the Amazon box was damaged. Also, I wonder if there is a special reason for making the size of the container much bigger than the amount of sunscreen inside it...
