I have assembled the turntable and turned it on, I hear a noise, but the platter is not spinning. How do I to fix this?

Check the belt is on and has not fallen off. Remove the metal platter and check the belt is attached to the gold-coloured spindle and around the black sub-platter. If not, reattach. Make sure the belt is flat and not twisted.

I am struggling to pair the turntable to a Bluetooth speaker. The light is flashing blue – what do I do?

Turn on your Bluetooth speaker. Turn on the Turntable, press the Bluetooth pair button. Flashing blue LED = searching, solid blue = paired. If it has not paired in 30 seconds, press the Bluetooth button on the turntable again to reinitiate the pair.

My record keeps jumping when trying to play. What can I do to stop this?

1. The anti-skate may be set too high. We recommend not setting this higher than 1.
