The back of the item says "capacity: 5000mah, rated capacity: 12000mah". isn't this supposed to be a 20000mah product?

Hi there, Thanks for your question. The "5000mah" means one battery's capacity, there are 4 pieces batteries inside the power bank, so the total capacity is 20000mah. The rated capacity is affected by power conversion efficiency and is less than the battery capacity without exception as there will always be power loss during energy conversion.

Why so expensive? I see 20,000mAh chargers all over for half the price.

The main reason that comes to mind is, this battery can deliver power fast - at a rate of 100W. 'Capacity' (20,000 mAh) is 'how much', Power rating (100W) is 'how fast'.

What’s the output per port if all four used at the same time

When all four ports used simultaneously, its output power like below: (Type-C1 45W）+（Type-C2 30W ）+（USB1+USB2 Shared 18W ）

Will this work for HP 9560D2W ZBOOK? iT 19.5VDC and 7.7A, and has a round connector. Will I need an USB-C to round converter?
