Product not as advertised… 40% bamboo and 60% rayon… color much lighter than the picture shows

Just received my “bamboo“ sheets from my postal person. Opened up the box and so far I am definitely not impressed. The reason I ordered the specific brand of sheets and pillowcases was because the description said they were 60% bamboo and 40% microfiber. Evidently they are exactly the opposite because the sewn-in label on the sheets states 60% microfiber and 40% bamboo.At 25.5” X 19.5” the included pillowcases are minuscule.I can’t see how my 15” mattress is going to fit into the 12.5” fitted sheet corners.I ordered a full size sheet set and I measured the bottom fitted sheet against one of my twin beds and the sheet is only a few inches larger than the twin mattress. I’ll try stretching it onto my full mattress tomorrow but I have my doubts.....As was recommended I washed the set before putting them on the bed. They came out as wrinkled as old rags.

These sheets are rough and have piling after one wash. I am including a picture of the tiny balls of fabric that form on the fabric and feel like sandpaper. I do not recommend at all if you like quality sheets.

I'm about to spend my first night on these sheets and I'm already experiencing buyers remorse. They are NOT soft and feel very much like a man-made material. I would never guess that there is any bamboo in them at all. So far not happy.EDIT: these sheets were so uncomfortable they actually kept me awake all night. They are going in the garbage!

I suppose we all have different preferences. When it comes to sheets, my partner and I simply ones made with bamboo, and have been purchasing them for years. Unfortunately, these ones simply didn't measure up...they're course and not as soft as others we've tried in the past. This set has been donated to a thrift store and we won't be purchasing them again.
