Nintendo Switch Game Traveler Deluxe Travel Case- Zelda Breath of the Wild – Link - Blue (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

Great case for the Switch! Not smelly as other reviews have said. It's not a hard case as I really wanted however, the case does have a harder exterior and combined with the internal padding I feel confident the case would protect the Switch if accidentally dropped. Fits the Switch with Joy-cons attached. Neat game holders fit in recessed spaces under the console. The mesh bag that doubles as a Velcro strap fits Joy-con straps and has plenty of room left for headphones or even a car charger. Only issue I have with it is that it cannot store a Joy-con grip. I like to play with a grip rather than attached to the console so I have to carry the grip separate. But in reality, this was not designed with that in mind. It's still a great case for the Switch!

The example of this RDS Industries Switch case being reviewed has a workmanship defect in the stitching (pictured), which is the only real issue with it. Presumably, the stitching should be protected by the rubber edging around the Link Blue leather-texture, but instead has about four inches of exposed thread. I imagine it doesn't compromise the case integrity or protectiveness, but this case probably shouldn't have passed quality control, either. I anticipate that a replacement of the exact same item will remedy this without issue, however.We did order two cases, and the other does its job very well. The case looks and feels very nice, and is very protective of the Switch unit. The molded bottom is contoured so that the Switch JoyCon's ZL/ZR shoulder buttons seat nicely, which is a nice feature. The two Link Blue cartridge cases seated under the Switch screen unit tend to tumble out, so that might be something to consider not utilizing.

Love this!!! It has been the perfect addition to our switch accessories. When my son has therapy, we pack everything in this and he gets to play his games in the car and in the waiting room. It feels very sturdy. I wouldn't worry if my son accidentally dropped this while his switch was inside. It comes with small carrying cases for games but it also has a pouch you can put your games in. We don't use the plastic case for games, I just found this impractical in our lives. But it's there if you need it.

This is way nicer than I thought it'd be. It also shipped a lot sooner. It's got a nice leather outside and the images are engraved. The pouch has a felt covered back to protect the screen and everything fits inside perfectly. The original switch AC adapter will not fit in it however so keep that in mind. There is a slight odor to the whole thing, but it doesn't take away from the product itself. Sometimes you get a whiff of it when you open it, sometimes not. Overall very pleased with this purchase.

The case itself feels very secure in the protection of the console and games inside of it. However, the games holders that come inside are a bit of a nuisance, as they will easily slide around (when the system isn't in its spot), and the games themselves are way too easy to pop out or slide around when opening the games holders. If there was a bit more security when putting the games cases into the overall traveler case, or at least some more security for the games themselves, then this would be a 5-star. Otherwise, the case if very nice, protects what it needs to protect, holds everything, and doesn't take up an obscene amount of space.

It is a pretty nice case but has a couple of downsides in comparison to other options. The games go in little boxes under the game which I like less than the ones that are more easily accessible. Also if you are going to put a case on your switch it may not fit. Mine barely fits in there and it isn't much larger at all. If you are going to have no case on the switch and don't mind the game storage solution this is an awesome case. I am still happy with it even despite my minor concerns.

A lot of reviews say this case smells bad, but maybe I got a bad batch. I am sorely disappointed! At worst, the case I got smells like new shoes. I was hoping it smelled a lot worse, so I could say "This blue Link case is more like a poo STINK case!" but now alls I got to show for a review is a picture of a dope case :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

Nice padding all around. The build in flappy pocket zips up holds your essential accessories. One star off the the poor cartridge management system. The little plastic cases only hold up to 4 games each (so max 8). But more importantly they are not secured in the case at all. You can use the pocket to hold more games for one. I taped velcro strips, using the hook side, to solve the second problem.
