Q: My goggles were excellent the first time i used it but the second time i used it, it started leaking. same with third time. why is this happening?

You may need to make a slight adjustment to the strap.

Q: Is there film inside the goggle that needs to be removed? It looks like I scratched the lenses but it's some kind of film.

There was a protective film when I got them that needed to be removed.
